it is not neccessarily in their own interests to advertise if "they" did it. they will have smug satisfaction and no doubt the economic/political repercussions will suit their agenda. silence is more effective and unnerving than shouting.

i will be utterly surprised if we are not in the early stages of a global conflict. whether you look at it from an oil business/greed/power point of view, or the declining sense of morality in many peoples and governments due to their distancing themselves from any perception they might have of a god, or the prophecies from many diverse cultures all over the world that these are the critical times spoken of, one would have to be at least a little suspicious.
add to this a few scientific observations such as an accelerating decline in the strength of our magnetic field, an increase in the harmonic frequency of the planet, significant weather changes and you'd at least have to consider we are in the grip of something very very big.
