If you get the "Samar Squirts", you can get an over-the-counter medication called "Diatab" (I THINK that's how it's spelt). This is pronounced "daya-tub". Remember they're not used to accents, and you'll find yourself understood far more if you can copy pronunciation. Aussies particularly are rarely understood. Speak slowly, and open your mouth. Otherwise they will say "you are swallowing your words".
